‘Hostel Design‘ or ‘Design Hotel‘ is a concept of high standard of design, technology and several new features included in a differentiated experience hosting.

‘Hostel Design’ ou ‘Hotel Design’ é um conceito de alto padrão de design, tecnologia e várias novidades inclusas em uma experiência diferenciada de hospedagem.

It is the first hostel in the open category in São Paulo in 2012, is one of the coolest places to be in town. In a house of the last century, right in the neighborhood of Ana Rosa, a few blocks from the subway and next to the Ibirapuera Park, more precisely in the Morgado of Matthew Street, 567 Vila Mariana, is the HOSTEL WE DESIGN.

É o primeiro hostel da categoria aberto em São Paulo em 2012, figura entre os locais mais bacanas para se estar na cidade. Em uma casa do século passado, em pleno bairro da Ana Rosa, algumas quadras do metrô e ao lado do parque do Ibirapuera, mais exatamente na Rua Morgado de Mateus, 567 Vila Mariana, se encontra o WE HOSTEL DESIGN.

Based on four pillars, namely the COMFORT, STYLE, SAFETY and ENTERTAINMENT. The mansion brings subtle environments, interference with contemporary designed by architect Philip Hess, and the lighting design signed by Ana Lucia Spina.

Baseado em quatro pilares, sendo eles o CONFORTO, ESTILO, SEGURANÇA e ENTRETENIMENTO. A mansão traz ambientes sutis, com interferências contemporâneas projetadas pelo arquiteto Felipe Hess, e o projeto de iluminação assinado por Ana Lucia Spina.

In front, entering the reception we see that the house has its differential, decor is retro with old and traditional objects raised in the capital, bringing a São Paulo and contemporary atmosphere for breakfast, moreover, concerned about the consumption of guests is aware, the heating system is by solar energy, thus optimizing the resources of the house. Which has 46 vacancies including: suite with balcony only for women, a room for couples with Queen bed, cable TV and private balcony, a private room with only two beds or dorms with up to 8 beds. All rooms come with basic structure: large lockers, individual outlets and reading lights.

Em plena fachada, entrando pela recepção vemos que a casa tem seu diferencial, decoração é retro com objetos antigos e tradicionais angariados na capital, trazendo uma atmosfera paulistana e contemporâneo para o hospede, além disso, preocupados com o consumo dos hospedes seja consciente, a instalação de aquecimento é por energia solar, assim otimizando os recursos da casa. Que conta com 46 vagas incluindo: suíte com varanda só para mulheres, um quarto para casal com cama Queen, TV a cabo e varanda privativas, um quarto privativo com apenas duas camas ou quartos coletivos com até 8 camas. Todos os quartos contam com estrutura básica: lockers amplos, tomadas e luzes de leitura individuais.

FAMILIARITY | CONVIVÊNCIA

Designed to bring a casual vibe and offer to exchange experiences with visitors from around the world, the WE has a lounge with computers available with internet access. The glass room, brings a friendlier environment for entertainment, with the ceiling board and the walls are covered with large windows. And the TV room offers a more clean environment, comfortable and cozy with sofa, ottomans and cable TV.

Projetadas para trazer um clima informal e oferecer a troca de experiências entre os visitantes do mundo todo, o WE tem um lounge, com computadores disponíveis com acesso a internet. A sala de vidro, traz um ambiente mais voltado para o entretenimento, com o teto de lousa e as paredes forradas por janelas largas. E a sala de TV oferece um clima mais clean, confortável e aconchego com sofá, pufes e TV a cabo.

O hóspede pode preparar sua comida na cozinha equipada, aproveitar a área externa chamada “Eat & Drink”, onde se encontra o bar e mesas ao ar livre e um projeto de filmes a céu aberto.

INNOVATION AND INTERACTIVE

INOVAÇÃO E INTERATIVIDADE

The creative direction of Rodrigo Marangoni, which through the internal communication of the house, created QR codes in all strategic and informative points, in addition to clean and objective visual language without losing the cool air. Connecting the real and the virtual through the QR Code, guests can access custom playlists through the cell, the Metro service maps and attractions, making its foray by St. Paul.

A direção criativa de Rodrigo Marangoni, que através da comunicação interna da casa, criou QR Codes em todos os pontos estratégicos e informativos, além da linguagem visual clean e objetiva, sem perder o ar cool. Ligando o real e o virtual através do QR Code, os hospedes podem acessar playlists personalizados através do celular, mapas do serviço de Metrô e de pontos turísticos, facilitando sua incursão por São Paulo.

The basic structure at check in, the guest has Disposal: towel, bed linen, WI FI, breakfast and bed tidy every day. Staff who speaks Portuguese and English receiving tourists from all over Brazil and the world.
